  1. I’m glad you posted this, because I have been wondering if the Whole 30 is something that would be safe during pregnancy. I’m thinking about buying the book and trying the challenge sometime soon!

    1. The book, It Starts with Food, is so good because it’s filled with all the science behind it and it’s written in a way that is easy to read and understand. I would definitely recommend reading the book as a base for starting your own Whole 30.
