  1. Time goes by so fast but I think the key is to do what you can and do the most important things first. To me the important things are to spend time with my kids even if its for a few minutes per day. Great tips Stopping over from SITS

  2. Hi great post, I stopped by from SITS and I’m afraid that visiting other blogs from linky parties is by biggest time sucker! But I feel it is essential to see what others are doing/saying and I read all sorts of interesting things like this. The problem comes on a week day when I was having a quick 1/2 hour whilst I eat my breakfast only to discover time has flown, I’m still in my PJ’s and need to be in work in 15 minutes!
    Pinterest in another huge time sucker for me.
    I’m thinking maybe I need an alarm clock by the computer, something that will help me be stricter with the time I do spend.

    1. It’s true that internet can be a time sucker if not careful. One tool that I use is the Stay Focus app for Chrome. I set daily time limits for certain sites (e.g. 45 minutes on Facebook per day), one the time is up I’m locked out of the site for the day. It has made my time online much more productive.

  4. I teach so every Friday afternoon we set the clock for one hour and DH, children and myself clean like crazy people. It really helps you to work quickly and stay focused.
