Pumpkin Spiced Latte {Made with Real Pumpkin!}

  • 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk (you could also use your favorite milk alternative)
  • ⅓ cups of pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp sugar (more to taste if you prefer it to be sweeter) or ⅛ tsp Stevia
  • ¼ leveled tsp pumpkin pie spice or ¼ tsp of mixed ground cinnamon and ginger
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream
  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the coffee, pumpkin, almond milk, sugar, spices and vanilla. Use a spoon to stir well. The pumpkin will be thick, but will cook down in the heat.
  2. Heat until the mixture is very hot and thoroughly combined.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into two large mugs. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and serve hot.
