We have made the replay available on YouTube because some of you expressed that you did not want to get a Twitter account which is currently the only way you can use Blab.
That Wraps Up This Book Club:
This was our final book club meeting for Women of the Word by Jen Wilkin. If you missed any of the discussions, then you can go here to review all the past replays and notes.
You can click here to get your copy of Women of the Word and start learning how to study God’s word effectively today! Just because you weren’t a part of this book club discussion it doesn’t mean you can’t benefit. This book is hands down the best book I’ve read to date on the topic of studying God’s word for yourself.
The Discussion Guide
Though simply reading the book is enough, if you want to be able to think through some discussion questions as you read, we used Crossway’s Study Guide for our discussion guide.
You can download a PDF copy of the discussion questions here.
Consider starting your own group!
Hosting or starting a book club at your church or in your area is not hard to do, so consider gathering some other women to read through this book together. It can be your sisters, your cousins, your neighbors, your friends … whoever. Just one or two other women to read through together will be helpful!
Reading this book alone was highly beneficial, but I gleaned SO MUCH more as we met and discussed it together each week.
All you need is the book and the discussion guide. Pick a few questions to lead the discussion each week and you’re all set! Let the Holy Spirit do the rest. 🙂
Again, click here to see our past discussion, how we broke up the sections, and download the book and guide all in one place.
If you missed us live, feel free to add some of your thoughts in the comments on YouTube or here on the blog. Leigh Ann, Ashley, and I will be interacting in the comments, so feel free to share some of your thoughts!
